Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for quality, compliance, and driving excellence in care? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a Quality Manager position, leading continuous improvement across both residential aged care and community services.
Location: North Adelaide, SA 5008
Service Size: 120-bed residential aged care facility + 80 community clients
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + Salary Packaging
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

As the Quality Manager, you will play a key leadership role overseeing clinical governance, compliance, and quality systems across the organisation's care services. You'll partner with the Residential Manager and Community Manager to ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
This is the perfect role for a clinically strong RN ready to move into a senior quality leadership position or an existing Quality Manager seeking a new challenge within a supportive, medium-sized provider.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, implement, and monitor the organisation's Quality & Clinical Governance Framework
* Oversee compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards (residential & community)
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of care
* Conduct audits, risk assessments, and clinical reviews
* Support accreditation processes and regulatory reporting
* Mentor and guide the clinical care team to ensure best practice
* Collaborate with leadership to deliver safe, person-centred care
* Analyse data and implement strategies for improved outcomes
What You Bring
* Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
* Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards
* Experience in residential aged care and/or community care
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to engage teams and promote a culture of quality and safety
* Audit, quality, or compliance experience highly regarded
