Key Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis activities for complex transformation programs.
* Understand client requirements, collect and analyze data, and resolve business problems.
* Identify, evaluate, and recommend options for business improvement.
* Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and communication plans.
* Facilitate workshops and discussions to elicit and validate requirements.
* Provide expert advice on data modelling, design techniques, and usability standards.
* Promote adoption of best‑practice methods, tools, and standards across teams.
* Consolidate expertise from multiple sources to deliver coherent, strategic advice.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst in complex business environments.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications (Business, IT, Analytics).
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong visualisation skills to present complex information clearly.
* Advanced stakeholder engagement and facilitation capabilities.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills to assess risks and propose mitigation strategies.
* Desirable knowledge of AI and emerging technologies in business contexts.
* Experience applying Design Thinking methodologies.
