(pro-rata) + Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Adelaide SA, 5000 Part Time, Contracted Role working 22.5 hours per week up to 30 Apr 2026 About the role The SA Pharmacy regional team is seeking a Senior Project Officer to lead a project focusing on recruitment, attraction and retention, and managing the regional pharmacy business systems.
As the Senior Project Officer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering initiatives that improve pharmacy services across regional South Australia.
Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, Regional Services, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating projects that align with SA Pharmacy's strategic priorities.
Your work will directly contribute to patient-focused outcomes, ensuring that people in regional communities have access to safe, effective and equitable pharmacy services.
This role offers the opportunity to lead meaningful change through collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinicians, managers and consumer representatives.
By driving innovative approaches and maintaining a strong focus on quality, you will support the continuous improvement of pharmacy services, enhancing patient care and building stronger connections between SA Pharmacy and the communities it serves.
About You We are seeking a skilled and adaptable professional who can lead complex projects and build strong collaborative relationships to support improved health outcomes.
You will be confident in navigating diverse stakeholder environments, exercising sound judgement, and driving innovative solutions in line with organisational priorities.
Communication and Influence – High-level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across culturally and politically sensitive settings.
Project Leadership and Delivery – Proven capacity to plan, manage and evaluate complex projects, using change management methodologies to deliver successful outcomes.
Collaboration and Partnerships – Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior management, clinicians, consumers and other stakeholders, working creatively to resolve challenges.
Strategic Decision-Making – Demonstrated experience in reporting, and program evaluation projects, with the ability to exercise independent judgement and meet performance outcomes in a dynamic environment.
