About the role:
Customer Development Managers report to a Channel Manager, working closely alongside Branch Managers to build successful business relationships with target customers within their territory. With a sales focus, they solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs.
Duties include:
* Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs
* Responsibility for sales and gross margin performance of your territory
* Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions
* Achieve sales budgets
* Develop new business (business development and account management)
* Foster and drive a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
This role requires lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving.
Who we're looking for:
