Our client is an industry leading business that continues to grow and, as a result, is seeking a highly skilled individual to join their payroll team on a full-time permanent basis as a Payroll & System Implementation Lead. The Responsibilities
* Drive change and continuous improvement to maximise efficiencies across the Payroll and Time & Attendance function
* Implement a new Time & Attendance system
* Create new payroll manuals
* Streamline processes within the payroll function
* Process new starters and terminations
* Work with all system administration
* Resolve all system related issues
* Address payroll related queries
* Run all exception reports
* Carry out other ad hoc payroll related duties as required
Ideal Candidate
* Has worked within a similar role previously
* Has previously implemented a Time & Attendance system
* Strong willingness to learn and adapt
* Loves the ability to work within a team environment
* Excellent knowledge of payroll systems and ability to apply that knowledge
* High attention to detail
