About the Role
As aClient Partnership Manager- Hospitals, you will be responsible for growing a portfolio of accounts within the Hospital sector through account management.
You will be accountable for all activities spanning your portfolio: including pipeline development, lead qualification, client meetings, proposal development, & negotiations.
Reporting directly to the Director of Health & Aged Care you will collaborate and create opportunities (both organic and inorganic) to grow our market share within the Hospital sector.
You'll be at the heart of building and nurturing long-term relationships with our key hospital clients.
Serving as a trusted partner, driving innovative recruitment solutions while delivering an exceptional service that makes a real difference in healthcare and being at the forefront of:
Our hospital's client strategy, managing customer interfaces and building partnerships.
Analysing market trends, leading account planning, ensuring after-sales engagement and monitor market and competitors.
Optimising our go-to-market approaches, identifying new opportunities and driving execution
