Buxton Geelong Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing team at our Bellarine office.

This role would suit a capable Property Manager who wants to manage a quality portfolio within a supportive team environment or a strong assistant looking to take the next step in their career, with the backing of a well-established brand.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained residential portfolio, with systems and support in place to allow you to focus on delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a residential rental portfolio
* Conducting routine inspections and condition reports
* Coordinating maintenance and repairs
* Lease renewals and rent reviews
* Managing arrears and tenancy matters
* Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Ensuring compliance with current legislation and company procedures

About You
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in Property Management
* Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Strong time management and organisational ability
* A proactive and solution-focused approach
* A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
