NDIS Support Worker – Community Access, Personal Care & Domestic Assistance

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Support Worker to support participants in the community and at home. This role involves a mix of community access, personal care, and domestic assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting participants to access the community (appointments, social outings, shopping, activities)
* Assisting with personal care (e.g. showering, grooming, dressing, toileting where required)
* Providing domestic assistance, including:
* Light cleaning
* Laundry
* Meal preparation
* Building positive, respectful relationships that promote independence and choice
* Following care plans and organisational policies
* Maintaining clear and accurate documentation

Essential Requirements:
* Experience as a Support Worker (NDIS or similar preferred)
* Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect
* Reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Working With Children Check (if required)
* National Police Check
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Strong communication skills and professional boundaries
Desirable (but not essential):
* We encourage female Support Workers to apply.
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or similar
* Experience with community access and in-home supports
* Experience with cleaning or property maintenance tasks
