Overview
Pandora is seeking a results-driven, target-focused Seasonal Casual Sales Associate to join the store team on a fixed term contract during the festive season.
Our stores are busy and dynamic. You will be a brand ambassador, linking our products with customers by delivering exemplary service, sharing product knowledge, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Role Details
Position: Seasonal Casual Sales Associate (Green Hills)
Location: Pandora, East Maitland, New South Wales, Australia
Fixed term contract: 27 October 2025 – 11 January 2026. Includes weekdays, weekends and public holidays. Availability during these dates is required.
What To Expect From The Role
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using effective selling skills; focus on up-selling, units per transaction and average transaction value
- Build rapport with customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach to individual needs
- Learn and confidently share Pandora product knowledge to maximise sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience
- Assist with product deliveries; unloading and storing in the correct spaces in store
- Merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards; take pride in your environment
- Operate the till system and handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges
The Successful Candidate
- We look for passionate and motivated team players who express their individuality by styling Pandora jewellery and sharing ideas with customers
- Natural ability to see opportunities to achieve and surpass sales targets
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment; stores are often very busy

To be considered for the role, you will be required to complete a 15-minute questionnaire as part of the application process to help us assess fit for the role and the team. Interviews will be conducted between 16 September 2025 and 23 September 2025.
