Store Manager
You will be responsible to offer 5 Star customer service to our customers while maintaining a very high standard in store presentation, merchandising and ticketing.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Making sure our customers have a great experience while in store.
* Contribute to reaching the stores' sales targets.
* Achieve constant exceptional presentation standards.
* Keeping a high standard of Administration.
* Help to protect the brand, which is known internationally and represents quality, service and exceptional value.
This position will work a seven-day rotating roster (including every weekend).

Reporting to the Group Sales Manager. This is a fast-paced role, which requires a quick thinker and a strong coach. Overseeing the store, you will need to priorities your workload well, have good problem solving and strong time management skills.
Your role:
* Train and develop your team to success
* Coach and drive your team to achieve sales targets
* Use your KPI analysis to coach your team and improve sales performance.
* Stock management such as visual merchandising
* Stock Control including Stock movements and Stocktakes.
You will need:
* Experience in Managing a bulky goods store
* Strong coaching and sales skills
* Strong business acumen and the ability to lead your team to high levels of success
* Excellent people engagement and time management skills.
* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, Public Holidays and late-night trading.
