* You will inspire, coach, and support individuals with disabilities to reach their employment goals.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with local businesses, community organizations, and industry partners to provide staffing solutions and foster long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement high-quality marketing and capacity building strategies using action plans to gain an understanding of job requirements through task analysis.
* Work independently while being an integral part of our supportive team to develop, document, and implement strategies.
* Plan appropriate employment supports for participants and seek feedback to ensure supports are in line with participants' individual needs.
