**About the role**: 
Aurizon’s Network business is undergoing a large-scale multi-year transformation that fundamentally changes the way we work. This change represents an unprecedented opportunity for us to find better ways to support our customers by holistically redesigning our processes, our technology and our people frameworks. We are seeking an experienced Change Management practitioner with demonstrated ability to work across the full spectrum of organisational change, from strategy to detailed delivery. In this role you will work across a number of in-flight interdependent projects, identifying and helping to proactively manage the change, with a particular focus on communications, engagement and coaching. You will join a small team of motivated change & HR professionals who provide change management, engagement, and transformation strategy services to Aurizon Network. 
**Key Responsibilities include**: 
- Design, develop, coordinate, and support the delivery of communications 
- Complete change impact, change readiness, and change adoption assessments 
- Assist in the identification of stakeholders, and develop stakeholder management plans 
- Integrate change management activities into plans 
- Define metrics and measure change adoption 
- Work collaboratively with program, project and initiative teams 
- Coach leaders and project teams 
- Identify, log and help mitigate change risks and issues 
- Provide advice on training requirements 
- Help uplift change management and change leadership capability across the business 
- Contribute to the change management practice at the organisational level 
**About you: As an experienced Change Manager you are resilient, adaptive, and open-minded. You can work across multiple projects and programs and have the ability to proactively manage your workload. **You are experienced with producing high quality change artefacts that can convey messages in an engaging and concise way.** 
- You are comfortable shifting between strategic, tactical and transactional change management work based on the organisation’s requirements and stage of the change 
- You can translate complex concepts into ‘plain language’ and are able to easily adapt your communication style to suit different audiences 
- You have experience ‘at the tail end’ of projects and programs, able to guide leaders and project teams on a transition to BAU 
- You are resilient, flexible and adaptable, with proven ability to work in ambiguous situations 
- You are committed to stewardship, uplifting organisational change capability through education and knowledge transfer 
- You have a growth mindset, actively seeking ways to develop personally and professionally through your role 
- You love to think outside the box and challenge the status quo, but are able to do so in a respectful and inclusive way that brings people ‘on the journey’ 
- You excel at building lasting, deep relationships with your stakeholders 
- You have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a change manager, practitioner, adviser or similar with exposure to change management principles, methodologies, tools and artefacts 
- You are familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle 
- You have tertiary qualifications in business, psychology, change, or similar
