We're looking for a Head of Account Management to lead our Account Management strategy across Australia. You have a proven track record in building the operational backbone of account management - from account planning and client RAG reporting to scalable frameworks that empower account managers to operate strategically and deliver consistent, high-value outcomes.
In This Role, You Will
* Shape and deliver a customer-first strategy that creates sustained value and loyalty.
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
* Embed operational excellence and scalable account management practices.
* Drive growth through smart cross-sell, upsell, and retention strategies.
* Can build deep, trusted relationships with senior executives (CFO, CIO, COO, CMO, CEO).
* Present actionable insights and performance outcomes to the Executive Leadership Team.
What You Bring
* 8+ years owning strategic client portfolios and driving measurable growth.
* 3+ years leading teams in sales, customer success, or account management
* Experience within a System Integrator, delivering transformation across Business Application, Transformation Advisory, Integration, Cloud, Security, AI and Managed Services.
* Experience building and embedding frameworks, account management playbooks and governance models into teams that scale and deliver outcomes
* Proven experience turning complex client needs into commercial wins.
