Now we're on the hunt for a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator who's ready to bring big ideas, clever campaigns, and killer visuals to life. Based in our vibrant Brisbane HQ, you'll work alongside our fast-moving marketing team to create beautiful, effective design work that cuts through the noise and makes people pay attention.
What you'll be doing:
* Creating standout design assets across digital, print, social, and campaign channels
* Owning creative projects from concept to delivery - every detail polished, every message on-brand
* Collaborating with the existing design team to turn ideas into high-impact visuals
* Assist in the creation and distribution of internal newsletters and information
* Evolving and championing the Plum brand, keeping us ahead of the design curve
* Thinking outside the box (and the brochure), always keeping creativity and performance front of mind
* Staying on top of industry trends and injecting fresh ideas into our marketing strategy
* Designing campaigns for property launches, agent marketing, and brand awareness
* Actively participate and help organise promotional events and campaigns
What you'll bring:
* 4+ years of design experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment
* A portfolio full of sharp, engaging, and versatile work (show us what you're proud of)
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are a must)
* Experience designing for digital campaigns, social media, branding, and print
* A self-starter attitude, strong eye for detail, and passion for visual storytelling
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve outcomes and meet deadlines
