What You'll Do on a Typical Day :

The Client Manager position is responsible for the retention, profitability, and revenue growth of Business Travel clients in the local market segment in Australia. The position manages a portfolio of Large Market Clients.

* Primary responsibility for retention and top-line revenue growth of clients.
* Create client strategies, internal account plans, business plans, and conduct reviews.
* Produce client recommendations that meet business objectives, quantify value delivered, project savings, and drive premium revenue opportunities.
* Manage and influence client relationships.
* Manage existing contracts, negotiate renewals, and adjustments in line with profit objectives.
* Manage risk proactively, including creating retention strategies and pre-emptive bids.
* Ensure compliance of client information and records.
* Build relationships with key client decision makers.
* Collaborate with Service Delivery to manage risk and resolve issues.
* Work with CMS and Advisory services to provide insights, identify opportunities, and increase revenue.
* Create preference for American Express preferred suppliers.

What We're Looking For :

* Graduate with 8-12 years of experience in client management.
* Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
* Experience working with procurement or finance directors, with high commercial acumen.
* Proven global and regional client relationship management experience.
* Excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
* Analytical skills for opportunity analysis.
* Experience in account planning and client strategy development.
