Overview
Join the team at Autofit88 as a full-time Service & Parts Advisor in Alice Springs, NT. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and technical expertise to ensure their vehicle maintenance and repair needs are met efficiently and effectively.
What you'll be doing
* Greet customers and assess their vehicle service and repair requirements
* Provide cost estimates and obtain customer approval for recommended services
* Schedule and coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs and parts delivery
* Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality completion of work
* Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and vehicle service history
* Provide customers with progress updates and deliver vehicles in a timely manner
* Assist with parts ordering, inventory management and stock control
* Contribute to the overall efficiency and customer satisfaction of the workshop and front of house sales
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role
* Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members
* Proficient in using computerised workshop management and parts ordering systems
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Flexibility to work within a busy workshop environment
* A genuine passion for the automotive industry and providing outstanding customer service
