 
        
        Our client is looking for experience Machine Operators - specifically Die Setters & Rotary Operators to join their team, based on their day shift roster. 
Depending on which machine you are based on for that shift, you will be working in teams of 1-4 staff at a time, completing the end-to-end daily requirements for that machine. 
The role:
- Assists the team with productive running of the production equipment 
- Ensure all die changes and setups are completed quickly and accurately, as well as completing the remainder of the production requirements for the machine i.e. quality checking, stacking, palletising and more 
- Work closely with supervisors after repairs or die setup prior to handing over to operators 
- Safely and efficiently operate Gantry Cranes, Walkie Stackers and other similar equipment 
- Conform to all safety signs and use all safety devices and equipment correctly 
- Actively involved with OH&S; to ensure own safety and that of team 
- Meet all appropriate food safety standard by cleaning presses, tools, chutes, conveyors after each repair 
- Ensure the quality parameter card is read and work area is compliant, accurately follow SOPs and guides 
The ideal candidate:
- Mechanical aptitude or trades background 
- Previous experience in similar roles is essential 
- Proven experience using Gantry Crane and/or Walkie Stacker 
- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills 
- Ability to work unsupervised as well as within a team 
- Previous experience with similar production role or experience in setting and adjusting rapid production press tools 
- Available for Day shift starting at 6am or afternoon Shift starting at 2pm 
- Valid and current Full working Rights in Australia
