Branch Operations Supervisor
We are seeking a Branch Operations Manager to lead our team at the front line of customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, ensuring a smooth operation of the depot.
* Welcoming guests and handling incoming reservations with care;
* Ensuring our campervans are well-maintained, managed logistics, and kept in pristine condition;
* Booking activities control, managing stock levels, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
* Handling complaints, emergencies, and any local issues that may arise to ensure operations run smoothly;
* Maintaining our campervans and monitoring maintenance and repair needs;
* Assisting in reselling campervans, preparing and showcasing them to potential buyers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car, and hold a valid driver's license.
Requirements
