About the Role:
* Operate and monitor production and plastic packaging machinery
* Conduct routine quality checks and minor troubleshooting
* Follow strict safety and operational procedures
* Perform manual lifting and quality inspections
* Maintain pace and accuracy on the production line
Requirements:
* Recent experience in manufacturing, food production, or warehousing
* Machine or packaging line experience is a plus
* Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive tasks
* Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
* Willingness to wear full PPE
* Full working rights in Australia and availability for 40 hours/week
