We're looking for an experienced Shared Services Manager to lead and optimise our Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Invoicing operations. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll manage a small, high‐performing team and play a key part in maintaining strong financial hygiene, cashflow discipline, and scalable finance processes as the business grows.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and manage a shared services team covering AP and AR/Invoicing
* Own end‐to‐end customer and vendor onboarding, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and well‐documented processes
* Oversee customer invoicing, collections, dispute resolution, and credit notes
* Manage accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs
* Own shared services inputs into month‐end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting
* Monitor and report on AR ageing, DSO, AP ageing, and billing accuracy
* Drive process improvement, automation, and stronger internal controls in collaboration with Finance Systems and IT teams
* Support internal and external audit requirements related to shared services processes
What We're Looking For
* 6–10 years' experience in finance operations, shared services, or transactional finance
* Proven experience leading AP and AR teams
* Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, payables, and cashflow drivers
* Experience supporting month‐end close processes
* Strong attention to detail with a control‐oriented mindset
* Solid experience with Workday and Excel
