Where you'll be working Rehabilitation Program Team, Macquarie Hospital What you'll be doing The Registered Nurse (RN) is a vital team member of the Rehabilitation Program Team at Macquarie Hospital. They will closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide innovative and evidence based mental health rehabilitation across all rehabilitation units. The role will focus on individual, and group based therapeutic interventions to improve consumer’s recovery outcomes and contribute to the rehabilitation needs during their inpatient admission. People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply. Candidates will need to meet the following criteria: Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Current mental health, drug and alcohol clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving ability and foundational group facilitation skills. Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
