Key Role: Financial Management Specialist
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining core finance systems, providing user support, and driving system and process improvements across the division.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Relevant academic qualifications with membership of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA), Certified Practising Accountants (CPA) or other equivalent professional finance bodies;
* At least 5 years post-qualification finance experience, including senior finance leadership roles;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement;
* Extensive experience in business process, requirements, and GAP analysis assessment;
* Highly developed stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders;
* Demonstrated ability to manage, and work well within, teams to meet tight deadlines;
* Experience working in SAP and/or SAP BT is highly desirable;
