**The Client**
Our client is a specialist luxury apartment development company based in Perth, WA which is establishing a construction division to focus on their current and future apartment projects.
Their focus is to maintain the utmost level of quality.
Seeking a highly motivated, customer focussed, and trade-qualified individual to join an Award-Winning team.
**About the role**
Manage the build of a multi-residential apartment building with an approximate value of $50 million.
This role supports the Site Manager by maintaining a high standard of construction quality, and, on-site management of trades and OHS systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Plan and coordinate subcontractors and trades activities
- Ensure all materials are on site according to schedule to meet the building time frames and plans.
- Ensure the project is built with exceptional quality and within budget
- Identifying and resolving problems throughout the construction process and reporting management regarding onsite activities
- Comply with OHS/WHS regulations throughout the construction process
**About you**
If you’re skilled in construction oversite, a firm but fair person, ambitious, and looking for a successful career with a solid and growing business, this is the role for you!
Ideally from a trade background, you should have three years or more experience in a similar role with a residential apartment builder as well as valuable life skills such as common sense, problem-solving and skilled communication skills.
You will be proficient in using Microsoft Office, work well under pressure, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
You will also need a White card, driving licences, working at heights, and the ability to read plans.
This role will be an immediate start.
