To support ongoing growth in Australia & New Zealand Tesla is looking to hire an exceptional Recruiter on an 6 month initial contract. One hire at a time, the Tesla recruitment team are finding the talent responsible for changing the world of energy and transportation, moving us forward to a more sustainable future.
We are looking for a motivated and driven Recruiter to join our high performing in-house team. You will be proactive, efficient and have a genuine commitment for providing excellent candidate experience. You'll thrive at Tesla by striking the right balance between flexibility and efficiency managing 20+ roles at a time.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a role in helping the company expand its high‐calibre teams. This position will mostly be focused on supporting our Motors Business with the volume hiring of Technicians, Painters, Customer Service & Sales Advisors.
What You'll Do
* High volume recruiting managing an average of up to 20 roles at a time, reporting on progress weekly
* Conducting phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills and attitude to be successful in the Tesla environment
* Scheduling interviews and maintaining system accuracy
* Using a variety of sourcing techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talent
* Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity
What You'll Bring
* Minimum of 2 years end to end recruiting experience, from either an inhouse or agency environment
* Demonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent, skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trends
* Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment
* Experience sourcing and delivering international talent through sponsorship pathways will be highly regarded
