About the role
The TMO Analyst supports governance, reporting, planning, and delivery insights for RACGP's Digital Transformation Program, ensuring risks, resources, and decisions are well informed, accurate, and aligned to strategic goals.
As our Transformation Management Office Analyst, you'll also:
Prepare dashboards, governance packs, risk registers, and reporting artifacts
Coordinate governance forums, agendas, minute-taking, and briefing content
Analyse demand, resources, budgets, and program data to support planning
Collaborate with delivery teams to maintain accurate RAID and performance insights
Skills & Experience
3–5 yrs PMO/Project Coordinator experience in digital/program delivery
Strong reporting, RAID tracking & governance documentation capability
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint; familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Smartsheet
Confident stakeholder engagement across senior leaders & delivery teams
