We're a small, dynamic team seeking a skilled office administration professional. As a key member of our Ballarat team, you'll provide critical support to our office, handling various tasks with expertise and enthusiasm.
* Front desk duties, including phone answering and client greeting
* Daily mail and banking runs
* Ad hoc assistance to marketing, sales & leasing teams
* CRM Database management
* Sales, leasing, advertising & accounts administration
