The successful candidate will work within a small team to review and create briefing notes, ensuring current lease and legal agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Key requirements for the position include a Certificate/Diploma in Property Management or a related field, accompanied by 2 years' experience in real estate or contract administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio, Excel, and MS Project, is essential.
