Education Officer, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Education
Location: Lismore NSW or Coffs Harbour NSW.
Tenure: Part-time, 3 days per week, commencing ASAP until 18 December 2026, with potential extension.

Overview of Role
This role supports the Mission of Catholic Education in the Diocese of Lismore by delivering services that enable students to achieve the fullness of life.
Education Responsibilities
This includes enhancing cultural responsiveness, teacher content and pedagogy and student outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander education.
* Implement the DLCS Cultural Framework and Action Plan for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education (2026)
* Develop, implement and support professional learning
* Provide teaching advice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander content and perspectives
* Lead other Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education initiatives
