Whether you've worked in parts before or you're mechanically minded and keen to learn, we'll help you get up to speed. What we value most is reliability, a team-first attitude, and a willingness to jump in and get the job done.
Responsibilities
What the role involves:
You'll be a key player in the parts department — helping identify, order, and supply parts for everything from tractors to loaders, working with trusted brands like Case IH, Exide, Ryco, Sparex and more.
* Communicates clearly and professionally — in person and over the phone
* Has a basic understanding of parts or machinery (or is keen to learn)
* Keeps their cool when things get busy (think seeding and harvest)
* Is organised, reliable, and ready to be part of a strong team
What your day might look like
* Helping customers or workshop staff get the parts they need
* Taking and placing orders, receiving and organising stock
* Using computer systems to track inventory and process sales
* Getting stuck in during peak periods and backing your teammates
* Working in a down-to-earth, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
