LUSH Skin & Laser Clinic Pty Ltd, Shepparton's award-winning skin and laser clinic, is seeking a passionate and skilled Beauty Therapist / Skin Clinician to join our team full-time. As a key member of our team, you will provide a range of advanced skin treatments, including:
* HydraFacial treatments delivering deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, and hydration to leave clients' skin glowing and rejuvenated.
* Laser hair removal – using the latest technology to provide safe, effective, and long-lasting results for clients of all skin types.
* Skin needling performing professional microneedling treatments to improve skin texture, reduce scarring, and stimulate collagen production.
Additional responsibilities
* Assist with clinic coordination and reception duties, ensuring smooth daily operations and a seamless client experience.
* Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
* Educate clients on aftercare and skincare routines to optimise treatment results and enhance long-term skin health.
* Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes in line with clinic standards and professional requirements.
* Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and clinic protocols at all times.
* Promote clinic services and skincare products in a professional, informative, and results-driven manner.
* Contribute positively to the clinic team, supporting colleagues and helping maintain a professional, welcoming, and high-performing clinic environment.
We are looking for someone who
* Holds a Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
* Has hands-on experience with HydraFacial, laser hair removal, and skin needling .
* Is genuinely passionate about skincare and helping clients achieve their goals.
* Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
* Can work independently while also collaborating effectively within a high-performing team.
* Is flexible and willing to assist with clinic operations and reception support as required.
What we offer
* Full-time position with a competitive salary of $76,000 to $80,000. Above award wage for the right candidate.
