About the Role
This position plays a vital role in providing specialised mental health court diversion and consultation liaison services to Children's Courts and CAMHS in NSW. You will collaborate with the broader Adolescent Forensic Mental Health Team and external stakeholders such as Youth Justice, Court users, CAMHS, and community Drug and Alcohol Services.
Essential Requirements
* Clinical Nurse Consultant: Current unrestricted Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, practicing according to professional standards.
* Social Worker: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in social work, with membership or eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Occupational Therapist: Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in occupational therapy, with registration under Ahpra.
* Psychologist: Accredited undergraduate degree in psychology, registration with Ahpra, and preferably approval or eligibility as a Psychology Board Supervisor.
* Clinical Psychologist: Six-year accredited master's or higher degree in clinical or forensic psychology, registration, and endorsement with Ahpra.
* Experience: At least 5 years in Mental Health, including Child and Adolescent or Early Psychosis experience.
