Program Manager
As a Program Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Account Management, and Operations functions. Your role will involve providing pre-sales assistance such as completing RFPs, ensuring readiness to support new business, and managing Field and Supply Chain capabilities.
* Lead related projects within a program, aligning them with organizational strategic goals.
* Create and oversee the program management plan, including risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
* Manage program resources and influence stakeholders across business, IT, vendors, and project teams.
* Support change management initiatives.
* Communicate with key stakeholders and senior/executive levels for alignment.
* Monitor sales activity, deal status, and operational readiness through regular meetings and updates.
The ideal candidate will be physically able to work in a professional or home office environment using typical office equipment.
Required skills and qualifications include problem solving, collaboration, customer service, strong communication, independence, leadership, and attention to detail.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience is required, along with a college degree or equivalent. Familiarity with deployment and billing processes, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, are also necessary.
