The Inventory Controller is responsible in assisting in the management and performance of the Inventory areas of the business. You will also be responsible for providing financial, clerical, and administrative services within company policies and procedures to ensure efficient, timely and accurate recording of inventory information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Stocktake and processing
* Inventory Adjustments and Investigation
* Analysis and Reporting
* Create Recipes in system
* Data Maintenance
* Journal Posting for month-end closing
About you:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar a role within Inventory, Accounts Payable or Purchasing.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong knowledge and exposure in Food & Beverage cost control analysis and inventory control management
* Food & Beverage product knowledge would be an advantage
* Previous exposure to the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability build relationships with multiple stakeholders
* High level of computer literacy - Efficient with Excel and financial systems
* Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Desirable)
