About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor with a background in Occupational Rehabilitation to join our growing Brisbane team.
You will:
* Deliver psychological and vocational assessments
* Provide counselling and evidence-based interventions
* Manage a diverse caseload, supporting clients with physical and psychological injuries
* Develop tailored return-to-work and recovery plans
* Liaise with insurers, employers, treating providers and other stakeholders
* Prepare professional, timely reports and maintain accurate case documentation
What You'll Bring
* Degree in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
* Registration with AHPRA (Psych) or ASORC/RCAA (Rehab Counsellor)
* Occupational rehabilitation or return-to-work experience is essential
* Strong communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
* A client-centred mindset and commitment to evidence-based practice
* Ability to work independently and manage a dynamic caseload
* Current driver's licence
