About the Role
The Procurement and Commercial Specialist will provide commercial support to optimise the deal, measurement and valuation of work. Driving procurement outcomes, establishing financial controls and providing contractual support to the project team.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualification in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, construction law or other relevant discipline
* 5+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator with at least 3 of those within the commercial construction industry
* Experience working on large projects ($100m+) or demonstrated experience working on complex projects
* Sound interpersonal and relationship building capabilities
* Proficiency in financial control, commercial risk management and negotiation
