Be the Heart of Our Oncology Team – Casual Administration Officer
Looking for a role where your organisational skills and compassionate nature make a real difference? Inverell Hospital is seeking a motivated Casual Administration Officer to support our Oncology Service, running Thursdays and Fridays.
About the Oncology Service
Our Oncology Unit operates two days a week (Thursday & Friday) and works closely with Tamworth and Moree oncology teams to provide coordinated, high-quality care to patients in our region.
You'll be part of a small, dedicated team that works collaboratively to achieve the best outcomes for patients and their families.
About the Role
This is a diverse, patient-facing administration role where no two days are the same. You'll be the welcoming face patients see when they arrive and a key support in helping our clinical staff deliver timely and compassionate care.

Confident and clear in their communication – this is a front-line role with direct patient contact
Highly organised and able to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Available to work every Thursday and Friday – these days are essential and non-negotiable
