About the role
ABC Pilots & Escort Services is seeking a casual Driver to join our team based in Maitland, NSW 2320. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and escorting large loads and oversize vehicles.
What you'll be doing
* Accompanying oversize loads
* Ensuring the safe transport of oversized and heavy loads to their destination
* Adhering to all relevant road rules, safety regulations and company policies
* Providing a professional and courteous driving service to clients
* Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation related to each job
* Maintaining the vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness
What we're looking for
* Extensive experience driving large vehicles and escorting oversized loads
* Excellent knowledge of NSW road rules and regulations
* Strong navigation and route planning skills
* Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and demands
