Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a professional Communication Specialist to support internal and external communication projects.
* The successful candidate will work across various divisions to develop and execute strategies for communicating initiatives and projects to employees and stakeholders.
* They will research, write, and deliver internal communication materials while assisting managers and supervisors in effective communication.
* The role involves supporting the delivery of communication training and liaising with various departments to gather information for publications and contribute to communication initiatives.
* Other duties include planning and executing communication activities as per strategic schedules, capturing photographs and video content for use in communication materials, and performing other communication-related tasks as required.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
* Tertiary or industry qualification in a relevant field such as Public Relations or Marketing.
* Proven experience in developing and executing project communication strategies, including on-ground activities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint and ability to learn new tools quickly.
