Scheduling Support Coordinator – Join a Growing Industrial Services Leader

As we continue to grow, were looking for a proactive Scheduling Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Thebarton.

About the Role

As part of our Technician Support Hub, youll play a key role in coordinating our Adelaide-based technician team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment with a mix of scheduling, admin, and client communication responsibilities.

- Coordinate technician schedules and job planning
- Support the Operations Manager and Service Team
- Organize technician training and site inductions
- Manage client bookings, queries, and paperwork
- Liaise with contractors and external service providers
- Assist with daily technician logistics and task tracking
- Generate quotes and sales to existing clients
- Oversee staff timesheet approvals
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Provide general admin and phone support

Were looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and confident on the phone. Youll thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team.

Youll ideally bring:

- Experience in scheduling or service coordination
- A background in customer service or inside sales
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Attention to detail and high-level organization
- Simpro experience (advantageous but not required)
