Offer description

ABOUT UNRAVEL CARBON Unravel Carbon is an enterprise software for tracking and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, with a focus on helping companies decarbonise and develop strong climate change strategies. The measurement platform specialises in Scope 3 emissions and supply chains that extend into Asia‑Pacific, providing data for climate‑related decision making and documenting climate risk disclosures. Our mission is to enable all companies, big and small, to participate in the global fight against climate change and to do it the 21st‑century way—autonomous, painless, and beautiful.

Unravel brings together climate expertise and software/data experts to solve the world’s most pressing issue—climate change. Our leadership team has launched and invested in multiple companies, and now combines their experience here at Unravel Carbon. We focus on ensuring product and delivery are world‑class from a climate‑change and sustainability perspective, supported by a team of software, product and data professionals building high‑quality technology tools.

We are backed by some of the world’s best funds and investors and are part of Y Combinator’s W22 batch. Unravel was founded in 2021 with headquarters in Singapore.

ABOUT THE ROLE As Senior Sustainability Consultant you will be responsible primarily for customer delivery: calculating the carbon footprints of our customers, developing their emission reduction recommendation plans and determining optimised decarbonisation pathways. You will be instrumental for customer success by providing accurate, evidence‑based information to enable action using the Unravel Carbon software. You will also provide input to the development of the footprinting software, carbon removal project verification, portfolio development and general climate policy and approach.

As an early hire you will learn the inner workings of Unravel, gain operational exposure and work directly with customers from day one, helping make a real difference in our climate emergency fight.
