Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award Level 3.You will successfullySupport the development and annual review of community needs analysis and strategic plans for service delivery.Lead and grow community engagement activities, ensuring they reflect spiritual principles and provide clear faith pathways for those who choose to explore them.Identify emerging community needs, develop relevant programs, and stay informed on sector trends and TSA service delivery models.Develop relationships and foster partnerships and collaboration with other internal and external community providersBuild and lead a team of community engagement volunteers who are mobilised to support all community engagement ministries.
