Your role will involve not only production roasting but also crafting the best cup of coffee in our café. Additionally, you'll be involved in sample roasting, and handling stock at our Chippendale roasting site. This role gives you hands-on experience in all parts of coffee production and coffee creation, helping our brand thrive.About YouYou're passionate about coffee, have a keen interest in the art and science of roasting and have had previous Barista experience in your career. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team. You take pride in ensuring the quality and consistency of every batch of coffee you roast.
