Job Role
We are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in Geraldton.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing parts.
* Liaising with manufacturer systems to locate, sell, and dispatch parts.
* Overseeing procurement, receival, invoicing, and returns processes.
* Coordinating warehouse operations including stock control and deliveries.
* Maintaining effective communication across teams and with customers.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Proficient in using Outlook, Excel, Word, and parts databases.
* Experience in logistics, warehousing, and stock management is essential.
* Ability to work physically demanding roles (including Saturdays and callouts when required).
* Valid Driver's Licence.
* Forklift Licence desirable.
* A team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
