Your Impact
You'll take ownership of the legal and contractual aspects of Australian renewable projects, including:
Structuring and drafting partnership, joint venture, and project contracts.
Advising on legal issues at all stages of development and construction.
Leading negotiations and legal transactions with commercial insight.
Collaborating across teams to identify and mitigate risks.
Developing creative legal solutions that will shape future energy outcomes.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and providing high-level legal services.
Your Background
Australian-qualified lawyer with a law degree from an Australian university with at least 10 years PQE in energy, renewable, construction or infrastructure sectors.
Experience at a leading law firm or in-house, and strong contract drafting ability.
Analytical, pragmatic, decisive, and confident working independently from day one.
Thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments and enjoys teamwork.
Ideally, prior experience in the renewable energy sector.
