We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Management professional to lead our financial functions. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's financial direction and strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and budgeting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They will be able to provide expert guidance on financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making, as well as ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial plans, strategies, and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
* Provide financial analysis and advice to senior management and other stakeholders.
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop contingency plans to address any potential issues.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum three years' experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
* Proficient in Xero and other financial software packages.
* Strong understanding of Australian taxation and Fair Work compliance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
