The Role
As a Front Office Attendant, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This role suits someone who enjoys customer service, organisation and working as part of a close-knit team in a remote, seasonal environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
* Handling phone, email and face-to-face enquiries
* Assisting with reservations and guest requests
* Liaising with housekeeping and other resort departments
* Providing local and resort information to guests
About You
You enjoy helping people and staying organised in a busy environment. Experience is not essential attitude and willingness to learn are key.
