We’re now looking for a Principal/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team – someone who thrives in relationship-led recruitment, has a strong track record across transformation and project roles, and brings an active network to build on.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partnering with Australia’s leading organisations to deliver high-impact transformation talent across senior roles: Program Directors, Heads of Transformation, PMO Leaders, Change Specialists, and more.
Driving business development with an entrepreneurial mindset – identifying new opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and guiding them through critical hiring challenges.
Leveraging your existing network while supported by ORCA’s collaborative environment and strong brand reputation.
Contributing to a team-first culture with billing and bonus structures based on collective success, not individual KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in transformation, projects, or management consulting.
Proven success in building and maintaining a high-value client and candidate network .
A proactive and commercially driven mindset – you know how to create opportunity and lead client conversations at a senior level.
A passion for quality over quantity – we prioritise integrity, candidate experience, and long-term outcomes.
Comfortable working autonomously but thrives as part of a collaborative, values-led team.
