Project Consultant
This pivotal role supports the delivery of high-quality property consultancy services with a focus on cost management and quantity surveying for major projects.

Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to provide outstanding quantity surveying services that meet client needs and align with quality standards.
* Oversee cost planning, estimation, and ongoing cost management for various property and infrastructure projects.
* Prepare accurate cost reports, tender documentation, and financial analyses to support decision-making and project delivery.
* Conduct financial feasibility studies and value engineering to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved outcomes.
* Provide strategic advice on procurement strategies, contractual matters, and risk management.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
* A minimum of 2–4 years of experience working as a client-side Quantity Surveyor in Australia.
* Demonstrated experience providing full project services for major property and infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of CostX and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
* Corporate membership or working towards accreditation with AIQS or RICS.
* Superior verbal and written communication skills, focusing on professionalism and clarity.
* Advanced analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Exceptional client-facing and relationship management skills.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
