Library Service Officer – Part Time
Salary: $70,554 - $75,350 per annum pro-rata
19 hours per week (4 afternoons)
Plus up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

An exciting opportunity is available for a Library Services Officer to join the City of Joondalup in the Resource Services team.
Library Service Officers deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external library customers and support the Collection Management Team Leader.
Duties include customer enquiries, processing library stock, spreadsheet management, record keeping, liaising with suppliers, and facilitating the selection and delivery of materials to housebound readers.

Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
Developed interpersonal skills to effectively work in a team environment.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook, along with digital skills for utilising online library resources.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
It is desirable, but not necessary, to have experience in the public library environment and relevant resources.
