Branch Customer Advisor, Leave & Relief – Banking – Townsville. Home branch: Townsville; role involves supporting Townsville, Ayr and Ingham branches. Licence and transport are essential.
Responsibilities
Support NAB’s Townsville, Ayr, and Ingham branches by being the first point of contact for customers and placing their needs at the center of everything you do.
Identify the most suitable products and services for customers, such as account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
Demonstrate Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure for customers.
What you’ll need
A passion for delivering quality, gold-class experiences for NAB’s diverse range of customers.
A team player with a keen eye for detail to ensure every transaction is effective and accurate.
Customer-centric thinking with an appreciation for inclusion and the diversity of customers.
No banking experience required — full training provided.
Hours and location
Hours: Monday–Friday, 30+ hours per week. 9:00am – 4:30pm (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) and 9:00am – 5:15pm on Thursday. Home branch: Townsville; role may require coverage at Ayr and Ingham. Mileage is paid.
